Kiat Huat & Litsa's wedding - 25/11/06

"So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."

~ Matthew 19:6 ~

After a long while, I've finally managed to finish uploading the pictures of the wedding. My cousin's wedding, that is. Oh, I've raved about the video to some of you guys, so, here it is. For those of you who don't already know, its a must-watch video starring none other than my cousin and cousin-in-law. (who else?!) They filmed it beforehand and aired it during the wedding dinner. It took us by surprise actually. Pretty hilarious.

The video just reflects one of their crazy days really. On normal days, they are just boring old medical doctors.

Anyway, weddings are the most appropriate times for us girls to show off our clothes. So we went on photo spree... My mum, aunt and yours truly. =p

My Daniel Yam dress

Then the crowd starts pouring in...

The church service begins.

The groom’s parents

The bride’s mum.

Finally the bride comes.

Why does the bride look happy on her wedding day? Because walking down the aisle with the man of the first half of her life, and the man of the second half of her life is waiting anxiously at the end it. Makes sense?

“I now pronounce you man and wife.”

Lighting of candle.

“As the head of the household, you shall now say your very first family prayer.”

Family photos

The traditional tea ceremony.

The pre-dinner make-up session

The Dinner.

“Whose job will it be to wash the toilets?!”

There was dancing too.

Yes, I can see I’m pretty short.

And yes, finally, my Daniel Yam evening gown. Tadah!
