The judges hated it. Some people hated it too.

I don’t think she has the best vocals, but neither do I think she deserves the merciless criticisms thrown on her.

I think the major problem with her is that she loves to 'stretch' her voice. Sometimes, her facial expressions don't match the mood of the song she sings.
